About Me

I am a holistic health coach & fitness instructor. My goal is to help other people design their lives in such a way that they are healthy, balanced and happy.

My Approach

I thought I’d share my progress so far. 40 lbs lost… This journey has been the most successful and I know it’s because of this awesome support group.
